I started my hypnotherapy journey by receiving it. After years of conventional therapy not helping me reach my full potential I decided to try something different and that is when I found hypnotherapy. Part way through the journey I decided to become a hypnotherapist. I decided to start this path because I saw the benefits of the treatment I used and what I learned in those sessions. I saw it as an opportunity to help others. Others had always come to me for advice throughout my life and I saw hypnotherapy as an opportunity to provide more than “off-the-hip” kitchen advice. My goal as a hypnotherapist is to help you reach your goals!

I have always been passionate about the human brain and body. From a very young age, I would pull out encyclopedias and read through various medical procedures, terms, and images. As I grew my fascination in biology shifted to animals and up until my grade 11 year I thought I would be a veterinarian. However, after trying to understand physics I realised that something math-focused was unlikely to be my path but I still wanted to try so I completed a veterinary assistant program. I had a very unpleasant experience with the veterinary community and decided it wasn’t worth the stress of upgrading. So, at 18 years old I changed my mind on a dime and ended up at massage school. Originally in it for the money I struggled through to graduation thinking I knew absolutely nothing. I was thankfully wrong and on my first day of work as a massage therapist all my knowledge came back to me and I started to support growth and healing in patients. In 2019 I stopped working at my original spa job and took over the clinic with a business partner and in 2021 I branched off on my own and have been here ever since! As I have grown and transitioned I have started to integrate my diverse knowledge about the human experience to guide patients in their growth journey and I look forward to continuing to do so in new ways moving forward!
Outside of massage, I am also a yoga instructor and a little witchy. I practice yogic philosophy in my transition through life. Use, the magic all around me to remain present and help others do the same. I also spend as much time as humanly possible in nature so if you can’t find me anywhere else, I am probably out hugging trees or meditating with the river.
